Workshop Terms and Conditions
1. The price includes the item of pottery described in the workshop information, all necessary paint and other materials required for the project, and tuition;
2. Because there are only a limited number of tickets available, the full price must be paid to secure a booking, and is non-refundable. However, if you wish to sell or pass on your ticket(s) to someone else you are welcome to do so, but you must notify us so that we know who to expect.
3. If for any reason we have to cancel the workshop, you will have the option to either receive a full refund or to transfer the payment to a different event.
4. Once you have painted your pottery, we leave it to dry completely, then glaze and fire it. It will be available for collection one week after the event. If you come as part of a group, all items painted by the group will need to be collected together.
5. Workshops are generally suitable for those aged 16 or over. Specific age restrictions may apply to particular events – please refer to the information for each workshop.
6. Light refreshments may be available at our workshops – if you have any allergies or dietary requirements please let us know at least 2 days before the event and we will do our best to accommodate these. However, because we do not prepare the food ourselves, we cannot guarantee that it will be allergen free.
