Terms and Conditions

Party terms and conditions:

1. The party package includes exclusive use of the party room for 2 hours and painting of one item of pottery by each attendee. We will provide a selection of at least four different pottery items to choose from. Following the party we will glaze and fire the pottery, which will be available for collection by the party host approximately 1 week after the party.

2. We will explain the pottery painting process at the beginning of the party, and will provide any other information you need at any stage. However, supervising the attendees during the party will be your responsibility.

3. You can, if you wish, bring other activities or games, birthday cakes, etc. However, we cannot accept any liability arising from items or food not provided by us.

4. Your booking is for a 2-hour slot. Additional time for setting up before the party or clearing away after it may be available by prior arrangement.

5. It may be necessary for our staff to come through the party room to access the stock room, but we will try and keep this to a minimum.

6. A deposit of £50 is required, which will be offset against the final bill on the day of the party. The deposit is refundable if the party is cancelled at least 4 weeks in advance. If the party is cancelled less 4 weeks in advance, the deposit will not be refunded unless we receive another booking for the same date and time.

7. You must confirm the number of attendees at least 1 week in advance. You will only need to pay for the actual number of attendees (minimum 8 attendees).
