Event Terms and Conditions

Pizza & Pottery evenings

  1. The price includes one item of pottery which you choose from all the items on display, and pizza. If you wish to paint any additional items, these will be charged at the normal shelf price.
  2. The pizza is bought-in for the evening. If you have any allergies or dietary requirements, please let us know at least 2 days before the event and we will do our best to accommodate these. However because we do not prepare the food ourselves we cannot guarantee that it will be allergen free.
  3. Because there are only a limited number of spaces available and demand is high, the full price must be paid to secure a booking, and is non-refundable. The ticket cannot be transferred to another date, but if you can no longer attend and wish to sell or pass on your ticket(s) to someone else you are welcome to do so – but please notify us so that we know who to expect.
  4. Once you have painted your pottery, we leave it to dry completely, then glaze and fire it. It will be available for collection one week after the event. If you come as part of a group, all items painted by the group will need to be collected together.
  5. As we have a limited number of tables, please be aware that you may need to share a table with another group/person.
  6. These events are for grown-ups only, so all attendees must be 18 or over.

Evening Pottery Painting

  1. There is no fixed price for the evening, but you pay for what you paint at the normal shelf price. Drinks and snacks are available from our normal menu.
  2. Because there are only a limited number of spaces available and demand is high, a deposit of £10 must be paid to secure a booking, and is non-refundable. The deposit will then be offset against the price of the pottery which you paint on the evening. The deposit cannot be transferred to another date, but if you can no longer attend and wish to sell or pass on your space(s) to someone else you are welcome to do so – but please notify us so that we know who to expect.
